It's in the Illume key bindings menu. Open the topbar -> click the wrench icon -> scroll the top selector to the right and select Input -> select Key Bindings -> select either Execute (power) or Keycode-177 (AUX) -> scroll the list on the right down to "Generic : Action" and select "Delayed Action" -> type in the delays and commands you want.
