Friends - i am new to freerunner gta02 and this list.
On advice it was suggested to me to format an SD card (Fat16 & ext3)
and directly charge these partititions with the latest testing release of
uImage.bin and unpacked full-om-gta02.tar.gz
This was accomplished without difficulty with 2 distributions in January.
When u-boot was directed to load uImage from the microSD it detected it fine
and after reading it gave up stating a CRC error.
For this to happen twice seemed improbable. Copying the uImage back to my suse
linux distribution was carried out and no CRC was detected.
Can anybody tell me what is going on pls.
u-boot version is 1.3.2
i'd rather suceed this way then by flash initially (scared)
If i'm doing something wrong pls tell me what and how to do this successfully.
I was just following advice and your SHR manual.

PS what's the difference between
uImage-om-gta02-latest.bin which i used and:
uImage-2.6.29-oe11+gitr119861+a15608f241a40b41fed5bffe511355c2067c4e88-r7-om-gta02.bin
with associated .md5
