[Shr-User] [SHR-U] settings app crashes on launch

Having just done a big update, I find that the settings app reliably 
crashes on launch with "Settings stopped running unexpectedly.  There was 
no error message."

When I run it while ssh'ed in, I get:
r...@tom-gta02 ~ $ shr-settings
SHR Settings
Segmentation fault
Does this happen to anyone else?
