*right now* SQLite is just _one_ backend... others get their contacts from 
SIM, CSV or VCF... and I don't think there is a deterministic order of loading 
(apart from SIM being last as it needs full SIM readiness which takes its time 
:P)

This might be something we want to change in the future though... open to 
discussion.
