Hi all, let me comment one thing I noticed during the last weeks more than once:
It would be really great if users, who want to submit a new ticket in SHR trac, would search for similar tickets in trac _before_ submitting there ticket! I find it quite annoying and for the developers this means more unnecessary work, as they have to keep up with all the duplicates...
