I also forgot another:

when 2 packages conflicts, than sometimes someone remove the wrong one
and right one is not installed.

you can, jump back to Home, click on terminal icon again and you will be
switched with focus.

Or add delay to Xsession script with
sed -i 's#^DISPLAY=:0.0 /usr/bin/shr_elm_softkey#sh -c "sleep 20 \&\& 
/usr/bin/shr_elm_softkey"#g' /etc/X11/Xsession.d/89shr_elm_softkey

as suggested by [email protected] in [email protected] thread:
