Ok, I added the relevant functions to libphone-utils and changed libphone-ui
so it'll call
those functions. With that being said, I think that it shouldn't be in
libphone-ui but in fsogsmd/whatever,
but until then, I'll leave it as a simple workaround. Forgive me, but I
don't have to do any testing but
very basic regression testing, so let me know if anything went wrong.

I only committed the changes, it's not built yet, should be built today
though.
