I have various hangs too, from time to time. Most of the time it looks like X 
or e freezes and sometimes I can still ssh into it and restart X. Not always 
though.

I _have_ seen tangogps freeze even with the old kernel. Dunno if it is a 
tangogps problem though. I had freezes with navit too. Mostly after having 
both on for a longer period.

yep, happens to me too sometimes.

I changed my logging to be on persistent storage (removed /var/log from the 
list of volatiles). Still waiting for it to happen again...
