I'm not sure I understand your message. Sorry my English is not good.

I turn the phone on by attaching the usb. It turns the phone up. It also 
resumes 
the phone after it was suspended.

I tried to dry It, burying it on rice for one day (I have read it somewhere) 
and 
other day on a radiator.

No change.

I think that I will open it. I hope not breaking it all .

Without the PWR button , the phone turns useless.

What about turning the the phone on?
I would expect that to be more of a show stopper.
(There might be other ways of turning it on, but that is another
matter)

I for one is hoping that its not really the button that is broken...

(I suppose you have tried drying the phone on the radiator for a
couple of days)
