Hi I just wanted to put the new elfe homescreen up for discussion/improvement. So this is my experience so far.
New Elfe Home Screen Pros: - 5 desktops so you can sort your icons eg according to task gps/internet.... - Very fast switching between desktops New Elfe Home Screen Cons: - Now Visual Feedback on Application Start. This is quite bad as some applications really take their time to get up and running so one ends up starting the multiple times - Icons which have once been put on a Desktop cannot be removed - Icons can be put in the bottom menu, though this setting gets lost on restarting the device - Difficult to find any source of progress (this is similar to eve's development where a lot of users can't wait to see it progress and would like to have some more information on what changed between version updates) - If elfe is running the normal home screen should be automatically disabled, as it doesn't have any addition value _______________________________________________ Shr-User mailing list [email protected] http://lists.shr-project.org/mailman/listinfo/shr-user
