I thought someone might pick on that! I was trying to capture the intuition rather than the definition; apologies for being imprecise.

Randy, are you implying that in the operator's shoes, the shades of gray are not really that distinct? Meaning that it will never be completely safe to drop NotFound? Just trying to understand.
