It is ok for SGI altix.
But you need compile yourself BLACS and scalapack which is useful for this
system.
Of course, you can find some useful information from this file for compiling
BLACS and scalapack.

Hello,
Does anyone out there have a working make file for SGI’s altix? I have had a
hard time getting siesta compiled on my machine using MPI and intel fortran 90.
