Maybe I can help with this confusion. We (Dublin and Oviedo) have
implemented spin-orbit in Siesta. You can see details in J. Phys.:
Condens. Matter 18, 7999 (2006), which is also in the Siesta publication
list. However, as Pablo said, this is only a user sub-version, which is
not and cannot be distributed. Perhaps it will be in a future, but
certainly not now.
