I am testin the siesta calculation of the charged system Cl(-) + CH3-Cl i.e. SN2 reaction. I try to turn off the periodic option by comment the block LatticeParameter and the LatticeConstant. But I still get the warning message. I also try to make the cell big as 15A, the warning message dosn't disappear, anybody has an idea?
