I checked your fdf file. You should not mix MD type of calculation with getting LDOS. With MD type of calculation you get final coordinates of your atoms (relaxed). After that you use final coordinates and run separate SCF type of calculation with LocalDensityOfStates block.
These are very basic things... Also... You specified energy range -10.00 5.00 eV What is Ef of your relaxed system?
