You should not mix MD type of calculation with getting LDOS.
With MD type of calculation you get final coordinates of your atoms (relaxed).
After that you use final coordinates and run separate SCF type of calculation
withLocalDensityOfStates block.
These are very basic things...
Also... You specified energy range-10.00 5.00 eV
What is Ef of your relaxed system? I am not sure it is either -10.00 or 5.00
eV...

file.
LDOS files are usually big (megabytes).

plstm is in Utility folder of siesta package. Compilation is straightforward.
For instructions on how to generate LDOS file look in Siesta manual.
