I find the manual for Siesta 4.0 in the package release, which is
the file "siesta.tex" as attached. But I have trouble to get the
"Contents" and "Index" sections when I convert this .tex to a
.PDF. I will appreciate your kind help if anyone can convert it
into a PDF file. Cheers!
