Very interesting and useful stats.  Are there non-member ASNs, maybe legacy or 
historic?  If so, how many non-members have ASNs?  Or, what is the ratio 
between member and non-member ASNs?  I'm not really expecting that much, but on 
the other hand I don't want to assume either.
