The first player I tried was Mplayer, and I have been very impressed. The documentation is very thorough, and I can therefore view any media format currently understood by Linux with it. I don't follow the mailing lists, but I hear that Arpad Gereoffy can be likened to Theo de Raadt, FWIW. That reminds me. To anybody that has used Xine and mplayer, do you have any input re a comparison between the two? -- fingerprint: 740F B8D9 DF20 362C F5BC CDE6 6923 5A48 7657 541F lynx -source http://www.ece.utexas.edu/~jhs/public_key.gpg | gpg --import
