I'd also love to get the list going again. I know for a fact I'm not the only one a UT interested in CG, based on the size of my "3D Technologies for Online Gaming" class size.
We should get some more experienced graphics people on the list so we can actually bounce questions off it, like Dr. Naylor for example. There is no reason why the SIGGraph list couldn't be as almost rich of a resources as signlinux. I'll talk to Dr. Naylor and Michael Augustin (I wouldn't be surprised if Michael is already on the list). Recruit anyone else you know :-) Maybe Michael could even get some people from the Austin area in the game development community on the list. Of course this is all just speculation, but it'd be great if we could. -James Wright -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Robert Jones Sent: Tuesday, September 17, 2002 4:07 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: [Siggraph] is anyone out there?
