Hi, my soundcard won't work correctly, and when I try to play mp3's, I get some kind of DMA output error. After looking at /proc/dma, I found that I have both a "Soundblaster8" and a "Soundblaster16" on different DMA's. Is this what is causing the conflict? I have a soundblaster 16, not an 8. How do I get rid of the "Soundblaster8" DMA? Thanks, James --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Send administrative requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
