i advise you to simply buying the board.  i've never been
pleased with integrated device motherboards; especially
if it's really cheap.  i will restate one of my personal
laws of life:
"you get what you pay for"
i recommend an Asus board, SuperMicro or Gigabyte.  getting
stuck with a crappy motherboard really really sucks.
i'm not a very big fan of microchip computers either...
the owner always tries to sell me super generic hardware
with lines like "you don't want this name brand crap..."
that conflicts with my above stated law.
