That's actually a billboard for Interix Systems. (Formerly OpenNT). The make a PC -X 
server that allows to to run
Unix apps directly through an NT subsytem. (You don't need to have network access to a 
Unix machine with the app
you want to run). It runs a Unix subsystem directly on top of NT's kernel so 
performance is better than a normal
PC-X server. It's an expensive product and last time I played with the configuration 
wasn't very intuitive.
Anyhow my original point was that the billoard has nothing to do with Microsoft other 
than the advertised app is
for NT. =>
