I've noticed that several graphics applications crash X to the point of
hitting the reset button on my machins. The two most consistent are
simply opening display (ImageMagick) and trying to crop in XV. I know
there are other's that have had the same effect but don't recall. I
think just opening gimp crashed X as well. Anyhow if anyone knows of
some common libs for all these that I could try to re-install or
something like that I'd appreciate it.
