Redhat may have the 3.3.3.1 rpms on the ftp servers. Check
updates.redhat.com, contrib.redhat.com, and if those fail,
rawhide.redhat.com.
As for converting, make sure you download in binary form, and mount your win98 drive
in linux thus: (as root)
mkdir /mnt/window
mount -t vfat /dev/<device for win98 partition> /mnt/windows
Use the cfdisk command to find out which partition is your windows one.
