There are two ISPs I know of that offer ADSL service, jump.net and one
other I can't remember. I forgot the others name because they were
offering ADSL as a buisness solution - meaning the price for it was
on the order off $500/month and over. Jump.net is better, but it's not
a very good deal.

SWB Line charge - 384K bi-directional $150 per month
Jump.net charge - 384K-bidirectional $95 per month $195 Setup fee

They have 1.5M downstream option which costs $250/month for the line
and $145/month for the ISP.

If that's not bad enough -

The monthly fee includes 2 GBytes/month of data transfer. Each additional
GByte of data transfered is an additional $25

I talked SWB about this back when, and asked what the deal was, as many
phone co's are offering ADSL for far, far cheaper rates than that. I was
told the prices would be going down over the summer, but apparently it
didn't happen.
