Ok, I'm going to say this one last time.
I got 300KB/s off the line. I got like a 3MB
mp3 file in several seconds. I watched the file
build up at roughly 250-300KB per second.
I usually get around 300Kb/s off normal websites serving
html. I got the 300KB/s off an unloaded fast box up north.

Also, so far I've been able to telnet, ftp, and http
just fine. The documentation I have that came with the
modem says that if you run servers TW just wants to
"know" about them, and that the bandwidth used can't
inhibit the service for others.
I've also been connected for a solid week or so now
without ip re-assignment or disconnection.
I don't know where all of you are getting all this stuff
from, I have the modem and the official documentation with
it; I'm just sharing what is true for me.

I was very frank with the executive who hooked me up
with the modem early, he was fine with me running
servers. Read the documentation.
They are real big on no serving child pornography though,
understandly.

Cheers,
