This is sort of a tangental ansswer but a few days ago /. had a story
about an OEM company that is making nifty translucent PC cases (alas they
don't take individual orders, maybe we could all go bug chipsmart). Check
the /. archives i guess. :^)
also, I vaguely thought that the G3 used a standard atx powersupply and
board mounting scheme / case layout (if nothing else the card arraingment
looked standard on the mb I saw)... You could always try to find a used
G3 case and slpa some PC hardwar in there. or get a real G3 and throw
away the mouse and change the os to ppclinux or mklinux or whatever it is,
hehe...
PCs as matching accessories to lava lamps. Heh. :^)
