I've seen cases like that, I think my brother's got one (dunno make/model,
like that's easy to find out).

I had several of these a couple of years ago in a biochem lab, very nice
to work with.

I've also had one that the entire MB & periphs came out as an assembly --
wasn't as useful as the door on the side type, mainly because the cables
and whatnot had to be much longer.
