I told it how much it has, I was just mentioning that it couldn't detect it.
I know how the config file works, and even after commenting out all the 
resolutions except for 1024x768, it will still start up in 300x200. I use
Xconfigurator in redhat to automate the changes, but even so, no luck.

And emacs, ick! Vi will forever dominate my kingdom.
