Yes, but it's not that hard:
1. Prepare the /etc/lilo.conf file in advance (using the one I sent as a
model or otherwise) - the exact parameters will depend on what disks you
have and place it in /etc in the linux root partition
2. Set up the hardware; the machine will automatically boot to windows.
Let's say your linux root partition is on hdb1
3. Boot from a linux boot floppy
4. mount /dev/hdb1 /mnt
5. lilo -r /mnt
You should be set.
