You asked if anyone knew about ruby, and asked if you would be wasting
your time...all i was saying is since you already know perl, pick up the
book advanced perl programming by oreilly and it has SEVERAL sections
talking alll about the perl OO....so what i was simply saying is whatever
it is you want to do is doable via perl and i suggest the easiest route
would be stick with perl...and not waste time learning a whole nother
language...i never said anything about your ability to program in
perl..but you took it wayyyy wrong for some reason....all i'm trying to
say is OOP is DEFINATLY doable via perl...thats all
