OK, I had a new toshiba when they setup RR for me and it worked fine with
pump (RH6.2) on the first day. But on the second day, it stopped working
-- even the "cable" light went off. So I called them and they came by and
changed it to a Motorola and everything worked since then. According to
the RR guy, toshiba modems have a lot of problems with the TW cable system
and they have replaced many of them ...
So, it might well be a cable modem problem and you can just call them ...
