Thanks, that got it.  My Motorola worked fine but I never did get anything
from the Toshiba on my linux box or any of their windows machines.  The
strange thing was, I never had a problem getting a cable light on either
one.  Oh well, hopefully TW won't give them too much hassle when they try
to swap it out.
