If you want it to happen at bootup, put it in /etc/rc.d/rc.local or in
the appropriate rcX.d directory (which is a bit trickier.)

If you want to have it run when you get a new IP address, look in the
dhcpcd or ppp (if you're on a cable modem/DSL or dialup) man pages
for how to run an `after script'.
