RaiMan proposed the following answer:
the Sikuli scripts, you post on Hudson to be run as tests, have to run
on a machine with a real screen and have to fulfill the minimum
requirements to run a Sikuli script: the libs folder must be available
and in the system path.
Then a command like
java -jar path-to-sikuli-script.jar path-to-your-script.sikuli
should run the script. There might be necessary some more JVM specific
parameters, but to get a script starting that's all.
