I recommend, to start from beginning and purge everything from your
system, that has something to do with Sikuli (including environment
settings). you seem to have a problem with the mix of Java versions
and/or your system path settings.

Then do not use the installer (.exe), but the zip package of RC3.
The  best way to get it running would be to follow faq 2220.

The other possibility is to forget the X-1.0 RC3 and use the latest
version 1.0.1 (start here: http://www.sikuli.org/download.html).

forgetting RC3 would mean, to purge EVERYTHING belonging to it.
