I still found some issues, after having tested with a workflow like
yours.
App.open("program parameters")
myApp = App.focus("startup title")
# focus switched away
# actions to change window title
myApp.focus() # brings back focus :-)
hope it works now for you too.
The new build should be available in a few minutes.
