Right, I've been thinking about it.
I just updated my java in case it was something with that. That didn't seem to
solve anything.
The target program had some updates since the last time I ran sikuli on it.
Could a .exe program somehow interfere with or prevent itself from being
clicked or typed on from sikuli?
