IMO The market for iPhone apps seems similar to the market for Facebook apps...
I would speculate that other than a few outliers, the majority of the iphone/platform apps will be small value businesses that probably don't reward the developers with any real multiples of their time/cost :( I certainly wouldnt fund or start an iPhone/Facebook app business... definately interested to see how this plays out though!
