The trouble with this idea, as I understand it, is the employee tests  
the ATO applies - if you're only contracting to a single entity (your  
business), the ATO will treat you as an employee and require that your  
business have done the same thing.

Google for "ato contractor employee tests" turns up a bunch of pages  
about this, I don't have the specific ATO pages to hand but I'm sure  
they're there somewhere...
