Brett, Whoever picks the next time/date/place can create an event in SportsPassion (at www.sportspassion.com/teams/10711-silicon-beach-basketballers/events/new) through which everyone on the team will receive an email about the event. And, any updates, changes etc, will also be alerted via email. Cheers Rob
