I had an idea of shared hires.
Some of us technology startups may not be able to support 1 full time
designer but it is also too costly and unstable working with freelancers.

Web based startups are also weak in mobile / iphone development. If we could
joint hire a full time iphone developer, it'll mean alot.

Even non technical based work - book keepers, admin, marketing, researcher,
bloggers..

Anyone interested ?
