- My name is Julian Tol. Brandscreen is my third start up in 15 years (other two in advertising and health care). - Brandscreen was founded in 2006. Co-founders are Nic Jones and Seth Yates. - We're building a Digital Media Trading Platform which will operate in the 70 Billion dollar digital media advertising marketplace. - We will provide a single unified 'Meta Exchange' with different screens for each market participant (media buyer, publisher, direct advertiser, ad network, site owner, etc). - The system will shop across the emerging real-time exchange offerings from Microsoft, Google and Yahoo, and the numerous ad networks moving into the automated sales space. Think Kayak for digital advertising. - We received significant funding last year and we're building the system in Sydney and Seattle, using .NET, Java and Hadoop, and hosted on EC2. - Our IP centers around dynamic and predictive pricing algorithms that we've developed to help make the ad exchange market function efficiently, and a bunch of tools we've designed to increase participation and lower market friction. *Vacancies *(Clarence St Sydney): 1. *Web Developer with UX strengths*, and skill set including; javascript (jquery), XHTML/CSS, flash, photoshop (essential) 2. *Ad Ops Pro / Trafficker*, with experience trafficking into DFP (essential) and OAS (desirable), and Atlas (valuable).
