Sorry, but this is a bit off topic. I have been reading Timothy Ferriss's book, the 4 hour work week, and it has got me thinking. I'm not thinking about outsourcing my work to the third world; I tried that and it didn't work. My day job is freelance web development. I like it, but I like it some days more than others, if you know what I mean. The book made me think that if I have to work then maybe I should do what I enjoy for work.
I like hiking and I like photography, so I am thinking about starting a wilderness photography tour company as a lifestyle business. Something along the lines of http://www.auswalk.com.au/ but with a photography angle. Any ideas about how to reach the correct market? Has anyone else read the 4 hour work week and had similar ideas? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Silicon Beach Australia mailing list.
