However, you need to bare in mind that this require pretty high quality bandwidth from your ISP.
An ADSL (Even ADSL 2+) will appear to be working well on the first call but will rapidly deteriorate once you run more than that. Not to mention the fact you'll be out of phone lines when ISP/power goes down...
So unless you intend on investing in a bandwidth guaranteed (QoS) symmetrical Internet connection with the appropriate redundancies in place, I suggest you rethink this solution.
BTW, My entire business is around VoIP and I use MyTel and others all the time - so I'm definitely not against it.

We use virtual PBX with MyTel www.mytel.net.au
Cost Effective, can move between offices without all the hassle as your company grows and can have extensions at home etc etc
Also has all the professional features ("Press 1 for sales", voicemails, hunt service etc etc)
