I am using Hosted Virtual PBX (Astrix), from Maxo.com.au

Have had very few issues, of those none were caused by the VOIP provider
(all me/LAN/ISP issues)

Setup is

1. Basic account approx $30 with two numbers you can choose from a list
2. Linksys SPA942 VOIP handset approx $200
3. ADSL2+ from Internode
4. VOIP aware/passthrough router I have a Linksys WAG200G (approx $85)

You get voice mail boxes, which can forward to your email (and be played on
your Iphone, no more calling into external voice mail systems) you can order
more numbers and lines in, relatively easy to setup and can also get a soft
version on PC or Mac for when you are traveling

Highly recommended.
