Thanks Rebecca. I looked into the Amazon payment system, but it seems it requires customers create an account, which is a PITA and would costs sales. We may have a solution, will let you know.
My question is — many of these Merchant agreements require we have a 'returns policy' stated on our site. I'm trying to find some existing ones to base that on, but I can't see a returns policy for similar products like 37signals, Flickr, Evernote. Anyone have a 'returns policy' for their webapp?
