You can get a cert for as little as $9.95 which will be just as good as the $400 one.Check the feature comparison as the higher priced ones simply have higher levels of insurance, business identity checks (of you) and logos and other fluffy stuff. If your transactions size and levels are low then you probably don't need to spend so much.
