Nice work, Matt. I am a big fan of Airbnb. Living in Italy and travel a bit to the UK where we book our stuff through the service.
I was checking out Melbourne properties in the beginning to see what it was all about. Cracked me up that one of the top-rated places sounded absolutely great. It was only after reading quite a few reviews that it was apparent that the hosts slept on a sofa bed in the living room, while the punters were in the one bedroom! I have no problem with this and neither must the clients, as most made no mention. To my mind it is somewhere between couch-surfing and paying for a hotel which may or may not be good value. A fabulous idea. Good luck with it. I think Airbnb will kill the pig. Can I suggest some functionality? I think if there was a TripIt sytle itinerary agreggator, that would be really helpful in keeping all the accommodation plans, notes and communication in one place.
